Role Description DrFirst seeks a Sales Operations Intern to support the Revenue Operations team during a critical phase of data quality and process improvement. You will own meaningful CRM hygiene work in Salesforce, partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps on automation projects, and build the documentation foundation our growing team needs. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, and the operational backbone of a B2B healthcare technology company. This is a paid, remote internship reporting to the RevOps Senior Director. You will work alongside an active Sales Operations function and gain exposure to senior commercial leaders, marketing operations, and customer success teams. Active use of AI tools including Claude (DrFirst's enterprise AI platform), ChatGPT, and Copilot is part of the daily workflow. Who Will Love This Role - A data quality enthusiast who finds satisfaction in turning messy CRM records into a clean, reliable source of truth. - A systems learner who wants real Salesforce administration experience and exposure to the modern revenue tech stack. - A documenter at heart who believes if it is not documented, it does not exist, and enjoys building SOPs others rely on. - An AI-curious operator who already uses Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot daily and looks for ways to automate repetitive work. - A self-starter who delivers quality work independently in a remote-first environment without heavy supervision. What You Will Work On - Audit and clean CRM records. - Review and deduplicate leads, contacts, and accounts in Salesforce. Identify and archive inactive or stale records based on defined criteria including last activity date and engagement status. - Standardize and enrich field data. - Research and backfill missing or incomplete fields including industry, company size, title normalization, and lifecycle stage using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other enrichment sources to ensure records meet DrFirst data standards. - Document data hygiene rules and SOPs. - Create and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry, field requirements, and record management so the team sustains quality improvements beyond the internship. - Automate recurring data tasks. - Partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to identify repetitive data cleanup workflows. Build Salesforce reports, flows, or integrations with ZoomInfo or HubSpot reducing manual effort and flagging data quality issues in real time. - Support reporting and dashboard work. - Build and refine Salesforce reports and dashboards translating business questions into clear data visualizations for sales and marketing stakeholders. - Contribute to RevOps projects. - Participate in cross-functional meetings, take ownership of small workstreams, and bring fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or recent graduate (within 12 months), in business, information systems, marketing, finance, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail with comfort working in spreadsheets and structured data. - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear documentation and SOPs. - Active, daily user of AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for research, writing, and problem solving. - Self-directed with the discipline to deliver remote work on time and to spec. - Curious problem solver who treats data issues as puzzles rather than obstacles. Preferred Qualifications - Prior exposure to Salesforce as a user, administrator, or through coursework or Trailhead badges. - Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar enrichment and marketing automation platforms. - Interest in pursuing Salesforce Administrator certification during or after the internship. - Coursework or prior internship experience in sales operations, marketing operations, business analytics, or revenue operations. - Interest in healthcare technology and the business operations supporting it. Physical Requirements - This role is 100% remote. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. - Standard schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Consistent availability during these hours is required. - Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace are expected.
