• Respond to all inbound inquiries within the same business day • Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospective clients • Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations for both service lines • Maintain a minimum of: - 15 qualified leads contacted weekly for Tax & Contracts - 15 qualified leads contacted weekly for FlatRateTrusts.com - 30 total qualified lead contacts per week • Ensure at least 12 confirmed consultations completed weekly • Manage a target of 50 completed consultations per month • Follow up on 100% of proposals within 48 hours of delivery • Convert inquiries into signed engagements for estate planning services • Maintain and update CRM systems daily with accurate pipeline activity • Coordinate across two active pipelines simultaneously: - B2B tax and business advisory - B2C estate planning • Assist with payment collection and engagement agreement execution • Handle objections professionally and move opportunities forward confidently • Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney and operations team
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR, appointment setting, sales development, or consultative sales experience
- Proven experience selling intangible or high-trust services
- Strong discovery call and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable discussing sensitive financial, legal, or business matters
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to independently manage multiple pipelines and priorities
