Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services. - Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries. - Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals. - Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. - Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates. - Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available. Qualifications - Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance. - Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills. - Availability to work in CST hours with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends. - High level of coachability and a desire to master the art of sales. - A proactive, "hunter" mentality focused on hitting performance targets.
