Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, technical lead, or senior engineer building production systems from first principles, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and/or Java. - 3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and cloud-based distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - 2+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features and agentic workflows into production applications, including familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and leading AI model platforms. - 3+ years of experience in a MarTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing application environment, with hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Braze, or Bluecore. - 2+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions under ambiguity, and mentoring engineering teams. - Demonstrated daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to write, refactor, debug, and accelerate software delivery.
