The Data Migration Analyst will analyse, validate, and support the migration of clinical and operational data while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and continuity of care. • Analyze and manage data for the Maintenance area. • Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards. • Consolidate, clean, and standardize data from various operational sources. • Analyze maintenance team performance (response time, rework, and efficiency in service authorizations). • Monitor maintenance costs and supplier contracts, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses. • Track parts indicators and SLAs. • Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making. • Support leadership with studies and insights focused on continuous improvement. • Transform data into strategic information to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Role Description This role will focus heavily on operational execution, financial data reconciliation, system mapping, QA, and implementation support workflows. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. This is not a traditional customer support or admin role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles, cleaning messy data, and supporting complex implementation workflows behind the scenes. You will work closely with Implementation Managers to help reduce manual workload, improve turnaround times, and support scalable implementation operations as the company continues to grow rapidly. Role Description The IT Data Analyst is to provide support on various projects and initiatives. The role will also act as support to pilot and execute new processes or improvements across all departments.
