FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Responsible for identifying, analyzing and rectifying inaccuracies with billing and reimbursement specific to Third Party Payors that contract with Froedtert Hospital. Documents trends and disseminates information to department heads, medical staff, and contracting staff with the goals of sending out compliant, accurate bills and maximizing hospital reimbursement per the terms of the agreements. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 2 years' experience in healthcare finance in a managed care, decision support or revenue cycle role. In depth knowledge of managed care contract language. Epic hospital-based reimbursement contracts experience. 5 years' experience in healthcare finance in a managed care, decision support or revenue cycle role. Knowledge of billing and coding regulations is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
