What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having - 5+ years of experience in program or project management within SaaS, technology, or engineering-driven organizations. - Proven success managing complex systems and multiple concurrent program streams across cross-functional teams. - Strong experience partnering with engineering and product organizations, with the ability to understand technical dependencies and risks. - Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-product initiatives with high visibility and business impact. - Expertise in program management and reporting tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar. - Experience building and leveraging dashboards and data-driven reporting (Power BI or similar is a plus). - Practical use of AI in program management (e.g., forecasting, reporting automation, risk identification) is strongly preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
