Role Description As a member of the Solutions Design team within Solutions Delivery, you will apply your Marketing Mix expertise to manage regional and global programs and also partner with Solutions Delivery teams to standardize and enhance Marketing Mix deliverables. Success in this role requires proven client‑facing experience, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and technical understanding of Marketing Mix. Job Responsibilities - Manages regional and global Marketing Mix programs (multi-country Marketing Mix client) - Partners with clients to design and implement tailored delivery processes, governance frameworks, and reporting during program setup and ongoing maturity - Leading the design of best practices within Circana Delivery teams to support the standardization of deliverables globally - Ensure consistency across the deliverables and adherence to client program guidelines - Provides guidance on complex or non‑standard scopes - Serves as the Solution Delivery escalation point, managing conflict resolution when required - Support and participate in the local teams critical client presentations - Closely collaborate with Circana’s commercial counterpart (commercial client Mix lead) - Identifies major risks and recommends mitigation strategies - Collaborates across Solutions Delivery teams to standardize processes and deliverables - Proposes and drives automation initiatives and the development of new deliverables - Proactively identifies opportunities to scale delivery and improve efficiency - Manage the delivery of complex Marketing Mix projects and delivering the client insights - Participate or lead Proof of Concept Marketing Mix projects (e.g., new industries, new data, new approaches, etc.) - Support her/his team manager in Solutions Design team to foster continuous improvement of deliverables for the Marketing Mix solutions and programs in a scalable manner through collaboration with Circana’s Commercial and Product partners (and data Science) - May need to perform or coordinate Meta analyses to develop regional/global learnings Qualifications - Experienced Marketing Mix professional with 7+ years of proven expertise - Fluency in verbal and written English - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills - Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge (technical and insights related) of Marketing Mix with a problem-solving mindset - Assume direct project management of high visibility/complexity projects on an as-needed basis - Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation Requirements - Nice to have: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related Science field - Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit - Experience working in Cross-functional environments - Familiarity with Circana's Media solutions portfolio would be considered an asset - Understanding of product ecosystem interactions - Knowledge of the Company’s processes in detail Company Description Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies, manufacturers, and retailers.
