Title: Senior Program Management Analyst (Electronic Warfare Programs) Location: United States, MD Job Description: COLSA is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst in support of the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (PMA-234). This program office is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining airborne electronic attack systems, providing critical Electronic Warfare capabilities that enable mission success for combatant commanders. This role is intended to be primarily remote; however, candidates must live within a daily commuting distance of NAS Patuxent River, MD and be available to come on-site as needed to support mission requirements, meetings, and other program activities. Required Experience - MA/MS degree with over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs - Minimum of a DoD Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required. - This role is intended to be primarily remote; however, candidates must live within a daily commuting distance of NAS Patuxent River, MD and be available to come on-site as needed to support mission requirements, meetings, and other program activities. Preferred Qualifications - At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. - Demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management, schedules, strategic communications and technical writing. Role Description The Software Application & Web Developer supports mission-critical systems and enterprise platforms under the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) contract. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable software and web-based applications that enable NASA’s mission. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated federal environment to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative technical solutions aligned with NASA standards and federal requirements. This is a remote position.
