Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for an Arkansas-licensed Professional Counselor who values structure and clarity in their workday. This role centers on delivering virtual counseling, maintaining accurate documentation, and adjusting treatment plans as clients progress. Expectations are clearly defined so your time stays focused on client care. Responsibilities - Conduct individual counseling sessions via telehealth - Monitor client progress and adjust goals as needed - Complete clinical notes and documentation accurately - Participate in case reviews and care planning - Apply evidence-based approaches within set guidelines - Follow Arkansas counseling laws and ethical standards

• Contact and counsel prospective students via phone calls and virtual meetings. • Identify student needs, PR goals, and immigration objectives related to French language requirements. • Explain Rishi Immigration’s French program structure including A1 to B2 levels, course duration, batch schedules, and expected outcomes. • Clearly communicate how learning French can support PR pathways and increase CRS scores. • Provide detailed guidance on TEF and TCF exam preparation options. • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed demo class bookings. • Coordinate with French language teachers to schedule demo classes. • Follow up with students after demo classes to collect feedback and address objections. • Guide interested students through the enrollment process and secure admissions in upcoming batches. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, demo schedules, and enrollments in CRM. • Achieve monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals. • Work closely with the immigration team to align French training with PR strategy consultations. • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions based on student goals. • Build long term relationships with students and provide continuous support throughout their learning journey. • Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. • Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and regular performance reviews.

• Participate in suicide and crisis intervention training • De-escalate individuals in crisis by using best practices in the field of suicidology, as well as empathy and good contact techniques • Connect individuals in crisis to appropriate resources • Maintain appropriate levels of boundaries and confidentiality/privacy with individuals in crisis

• Advise employees on childcare, parenting matters and organizational concerns as parents • Conduct advisory appointments on a fee basis • Provide support on questions regarding parental leave and parental allowance (Elterngeld)
