• Test, scale or sunset channels and formats: develop marketing hypotheses, validate them systematically via A/B tests, and decide based on clear KPIs what stays and what doesn't • Own the entire funnel: not just generate leads but actively manage the path from channel → lead → MQL → SQL → deal, and shape handoffs between marketing and sales • Execute campaigns independently: build LinkedIn Ads, optimize landing pages, set up webinars, create email sequences, and analyze results in dashboards—hands-on from idea to outcome • Develop lead magnets and marketing assets: design whitepapers, guides, case studies or other formats that attract HR decision-makers and drive them into the funnel—in close collaboration with the content team • Make data-driven decisions: conversion rates, CPL, pipeline contribution—your choices are based on numbers, not gut feeling • Identify new growth levers: proactively spot, prioritize and test opportunities without waiting for briefs—initiative is fundamental to the role
