• Handle incoming leads from social media and marketing campaigns • Conduct consultations with French-speaking professionals interested in Canadian immigration • Assess candidate eligibility for Express Entry and Francophone immigration pathways • Coordinate webinar registrations and client follow-ups • Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and social media • Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems • Assist with local networking and professional outreach activities • Work closely with our backend immigration and language training team
• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to leads and setting up counselling with students via phone call or online meetings. • Request documents from students for assessment. • Forward the documents to the admission team to check students’ eligibility and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian colleges or universities as per their requirement. • Maintain communication with the students to submit LOA applications to colleges or universities. • Update with students using email and Phone. • Follow up with students to make sure they are paying tuition fees and accepting an offer from colleges or universities. • Make an entry to our company's software to organize the record of every student. • Move the file to Immigration Case Manager for study permit extension once the student has paid the full tuition fees. • Review students' profiles (Academics, IELTS, Work Experience) and provide them with relevant program/course options in Canadian colleges or universities. • Apply for an offer letter using a different portal provided by our partner colleges or universities. • Follow up with Colleges or universities regarding Offer letters. • Help students or our agent networks with registration or pre-registration of college/university. • Participate in webinars hosted by our partner colleges or universities. • Other responsibilities, as required.
• Contact and counsel prospective students via phone calls and virtual meetings. • Identify student needs, PR goals, and immigration objectives related to French language requirements. • Explain Rishi Immigration’s French program structure including A1 to B2 levels, course duration, batch schedules, and expected outcomes. • Clearly communicate how learning French can support PR pathways and increase CRS scores. • Provide detailed guidance on TEF and TCF exam preparation options. • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed demo class bookings. • Coordinate with French language teachers to schedule demo classes. • Follow up with students after demo classes to collect feedback and address objections. • Guide interested students through the enrollment process and secure admissions in upcoming batches. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, demo schedules, and enrollments in CRM. • Achieve monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals. • Work closely with the immigration team to align French training with PR strategy consultations. • Handle objections professionally and provide solutions based on student goals. • Build long term relationships with students and provide continuous support throughout their learning journey. • Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. • Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and regular performance reviews.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho One • Configure and customize Zoho CRM (modules, layouts, blueprints, validations) • Build advanced custom workflows, automation, and Deluge scripts • Develop applications using Zoho Creator • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools using Zoho APIs • Optimize existing processes and recommend automation improvements • Troubleshoot and resolve system, automation, and integration issues • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability
