Job Description

Project Technical Delivery Manager

NVIDIA

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders • Understand the high and low level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions • Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner • Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners • Manage complex installations • Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points • Manage the communication of project’s changes and release notices to customers • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely • Be willing to work irregular hours as required

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
  • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
  • Experience leading global projects
