Senior Product Marketing Manager, Slush Wallet
Mysten Labs
• Define and own the strategic positioning of the Slush wallet as the premier Money App for Web3 and mainstream financial participants. • Own the Slush wallet’s identity and end-to-end content strategy, ensuring a consistent, authoritative, and accessible voice across the app, social channels, and lifecycle communications. • Architect and lead the go-to-market strategy for major 2026 product pillars, including investment tools, payment solutions, and identity frameworks. • Co-own with Product the education and content strategy to make complex financial offerings, such as yield-bearing strategies, intuitive and trustworthy for a retail audience. • Work in lockstep with the Growth Marketing lead to ensure our brand narrative and "Trust Framework" are seamlessly integrated into acquisition loops and funnel optimizations. • Conduct deep competitive analysis and user research to ensure the Slush wallet stays ahead of both Web3 incumbents and traditional Fintech challengers. • Synchronize Slush messaging with broader market narratives while championing the voice of the user to ensure all communications reflect the unique value and UX of the wallet.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PMM at a top-tier Fintech or high-growth consumer technology company.
- A master storyteller who can intuitively translate high-level technical capabilities and complex product value propositions into clear, emotionally resonant consumer benefits.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer products in global markets with a focus on feature adoption and user trust.
- An obsession with user psychology—understanding why people churn and how to build "financial peace of mind" through product narrative.

GTM Systems Manager

• Manage the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce.com and other tools across the GTM tech stack, including technologies for marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, analytics, etc. • Define and maintain the systems strategy and roadmap. • Recommend and drive process and system improvement initiatives across the end-to-end revenue organization. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across all revenue systems. • Provide reporting and insights to establish best-in-class visibility and tracking of critical revenue metrics in areas such as marketing spend, campaign management, lead lifecycle, pipeline, forecasting, sales productivity and effectiveness, and other revenue outcomes. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key objectives, define initiatives to improve business performance, and deliver technology solutions that align with business needs. • Provide training and ongoing day-to-day support to users, including documentation, related to systems, processes, and user guides. • Own Salesforce configuration changes as needed, such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata, reports and dashboards, etc.
