Job Description

Marketing Account Manager

CLEAResult

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention. • Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets. • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications. • Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams. • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. • Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities. • Manage budgets, project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. • Lead campaign reviews and post project debriefs to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.
  • Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or program driven marketing environments.
  • Agency experience with multi stakeholder accounts.
  • Advanced degree or marketing/communications certifications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and demand generation frameworks.
  • Experience analyzing data to guide marketing strategy and client recommendations.
