• Serve as the business owner and subject-matter expert (SME) for Salesforce PRM, CPQ, and CRM capabilities globally • Define and own the Salesforce roadmap for partner, quoting, and customer engagement platforms • Collaborate with IT, Architecture, and Data teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards • Lead post-merger technology assessments to identify overlaps, integration opportunities, and transition strategies
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Salesforce PRM, CPQ, and CRM initiatives in complex, global environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM), Sales Cloud (CRM), and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Marketing Automation, and Analytics platforms
- Proven track record supporting Mergers & Acquisitions, including system consolidation, data harmonization, and integration planning

• Lead and grow the Cultures & Dairy Enzymes business within Germany’s Cheese & Fresh Dairy segment. • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key dairy manufacturers and position IFF as their preferred partner. • Promote innovative culture and enzyme solutions to both existing and prospective customers, including selected strategic key accounts. • Identify new market trends and translate insights into concrete commercial opportunities. • Manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity pipeline development in Salesforce to pricing and contract negotiations. • Develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with IFF’s broader category and commercial strategies. • Represent IFF at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Application, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Operations to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
