• Drive revenue growth by monetizing direct response and remnant inventory across print offerings. • Own full sales lifecycle: prospecting, consultative selling, complex negotiations, closing, and long-term account expansion. • Cultivate senior and executive-level relationships with companies, agencies, and key brand decision-makers. • Develop customized, data-driven media solutions aligned to client KPIs (performance, branding, audience targeting). • Identify emerging revenue opportunities within unsold inventory and create scalable go-to-market strategies. • Analyze marketplace trends and competitive positioning to inform pricing and strategy. • Represent the company at industry events and client presentations to elevate market presence. • Leverage a strong professional network to identify opportunities, build relationships, and secure new business. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner. • Partner cross-functionally with Media Ops, Creative Services, Marketing, and Operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes. • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in CRM to manage pipeline activity and drive results. • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company success.
• Help execute and manage programmatic campaigns directly within a DSP, as well as support campaign execution through managed-service programmatic buying partnerships. • Assist with campaign setup including audience targeting, inventory selection, creative trafficking, pacing, and bid adjustments across both self-service DSP and managed-service platforms. • Monitor performance, analyze trends, and support ongoing optimizations in collaboration with managed-service partners to improve efficiency, delivery, and overall campaign performance. • Plan and execute direct IO media buys by working directly with publishers to secure inventory aligned with campaign goals and audience targets, including streaming audio and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) placements. • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. Use platform tools and analytics to test, learn, and scale campaigns. • Work with internal stakeholders to align media plans with business objectives. • Help identify growth opportunities through data and competitive analysis.
• Serve as the lead strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients, developing and managing comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans that achieve their business objectives. • Oversee the setup, launch, and daily optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs. • Monitor performance against client KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Work with other departments to ensure the execution of various core and mail offerings. • Develop innovative strategies that connect digital behavior with offline actions. • Act as the internal and external expert on our omni-channel platform. Troubleshoot programmatic ad serving issues, data discrepancies, and direct mail integration challenges, liaising with technical teams as needed. • Prepare and present unified performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Analyze data from all channels to provide a holistic view of performance, focusing on online-to-offline attribution and overall return on investment. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and the introduction of new omni-channel solutions. • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure revenue growth and client retention. • Other duties as assigned.
