Role Description Dans le cadre de notre développement en Belgique, nous recrutons un(e) Account Executive afin de lancer et structurer notre présence sur ce marché stratégique. Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Développement International, vous serez le/la référent(e) local(e) et interviendrez de manière autonome sur l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de l’identification des opportunités jusqu’à la signature de nouveaux clients. Responsabilités principales - Acquisition et qualification de prospects - Identifier, cibler et cartographier des prospects à fort potentiel intéressés par des solutions de gestion de l’énergie - Comprendre les besoins des clients afin de positionner efficacement les offres EMS, services énergétiques et BMS - Construire et maintenir un pipeline solide d’opportunités qualifiées - Présentation des offres et démonstration EMS - Piloter les réunions clients de bout en bout, de la découverte des besoins à la collecte de données - Réaliser des démonstrations convaincantes de la plateforme SaaS - Définir les prochaines étapes et faire progresser les opportunités dans le cycle de vente - Développement d’offres complexes - Créer des propositions commerciales sur mesure en collaboration avec les équipes techniques (Energy Managers, experts IoT et BMS) - Répondre aux appels d’offres publics et aux demandes de propositions (RFP) - Négociation et conclusion - Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente B2B, de la prospection à la signature - Mener les négociations et sécuriser des partenariats clients à long terme - Veille de marché - Surveiller les appels d’offres publics et les évolutions réglementaires - Réaliser des analyses concurrentielles et maintenir des supports d’aide à la vente (battlecards) - Se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des principaux acteurs du secteur Qualifications - Diplôme de niveau Master, idéalement avec une spécialisation en commerce ou marketing Requirements - Solide expérience dans la gestion de cycles de vente B2B complexes avec des processus de décision longs - Maîtrise des méthodologies de vente (BANT, MEDDIC, BEBEDC) - Capacité avérée à gérer un pipeline commercial et à suivre les KPI - Compétences en gestion des objections et en négociation - Expérience avec des outils commerciaux : CRM (ex. Pipedrive ou équivalent) / plateformes d’intelligence de données B2B (ex. Surfe, Sales Navigator ou équivalent) / outils de devis (ex. GetAccept ou équivalent) - Une connaissance du marché de la gestion de l’énergie est un plus (réglementations, acteurs clés, etc.) Soft skills - Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication - Fort sens du conseil avec capacité à accompagner et éduquer les clients - Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et résilience Langues - Maîtrise native du flamand/néerlandais - Niveau professionnel (C1) en français ou en anglais Benefits - Télétravail - Voiture de fonction
