Senior Account Executive, Emerging Brands

ezCater

• Own the onboarding process for high value emerging brands between 11-75 locations. • Execute a consultative sales approach to identify caterer pain points that can be solved through our full suite of solutions. • Drive consistent pipeline growth by strategically managing daily outreach targets across calls and emails, ensuring high-quality prospect engagement. Take ownership of efficiently qualifying and educating prospects to accelerate conversion and maximize performance outcomes. • Conduct effective sales presentations telling a compelling story, highlighting ezCater’s value proposition, while aligning with the potential CPs needs/wants. • Initiate continual follow-up while providing engaging content to keep prospects in an active sales process. • Educate partners on insights and best practices for how to best optimize their catering program. • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Strategic Accounts, Partner Operations, Marketing, and Menus teams to ensure new partners are supported and set up for success. • Conduct a high volume of prospecting and outbound outreach to engage decision making contacts at high value brands. • Own outreach and strategic relationship building at key industry events such as Catering Growth Forum. • Build relationships with key decision makers and set brands up for success and growth on ezCater. • Be required to travel up to 25% of the year; this includes Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits/ conferences when applicable.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience and the ability to communicate value to strategically present our solutions and drive growth with high-value brand partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, with the ability to effectively track, prioritize, and advance opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Strong industry knowledge to strategically present our solutions and drive growth with high-value brand partners.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities, enabling precise deal tracking and effective collaboration during the sales process.
  • Ability to leverage data to guide decision-making, strengthen recommendations, and identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify challenges and develop innovative, independent solutions.
  • Experience working cross functionally with other teams/departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Adaptability and the ability to pivot processes based on company needs and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability, recognizing that sales success is driven by performance.
  • A positive, professional attitude that reflects the company’s values in both internal and external engagements.
