- Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. - Exit Management: Oversee the entire offboarding lifecycle, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance formalities, and ensuring accurate documentation and final settlements. - Learning & Development Support: Coordinate end-to-end training operations for the Myanmar team and global programs, managing logistics, LMS administration, attendance tracking, and post-training reporting. - Visa Application & Travel Arrangements: Manage employee visa applications and coordinate comprehensive travel logistics, including flights and accommodations, while ensuring strict compliance with company travel policies. - HR Administration & Operations: Provide daily HR advisory support, assist with payroll and benefits data preparation, maintain employee records, and help execute HR policies and engagement initiatives. - HR Data Management & HRIS Coordination: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data within the HRIS, generate accurate headcount reports, and support data analysis for management decision-making. - APAC HR Team Support: Deliver administrative and operational support for regional APAC HR initiatives, fostering collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-country HR execution. - HR Events & Activities Organization: Plan and execute a wide range of employee engagement activities and company events, handling everything from budgeting and vendor management to logistics and post-event feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Have minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with a bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Are comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
  • Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess an excellent and people management skills.
  • Demonstrates good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of human resource practices, Labor laws Demonstrate an excellent time management skill with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
