Here's what you can expect as a Clinical Policy and Procedure Manager at DaVita: GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB This remote based Clinical Policy and Procedure Manager position manages DaVita teammates visibility/access to clinical electronic policies and procedures platform (eP&P), coordinates biannual field training, and collaborates with the Clinical P&P work groups/subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop online clinical P&P training courses that help the field teammates implement new and revised clinical P&P updates. In addition, this position works closely with the clinical P&P team to maintain clinical policies and procedures that meet all OSHA, CMS, TJC, AAMI, Federal, State and local regulations and requirements for DaVita's dialysis facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Management of electronic Clinical P&P systems, including but not limited to, document relationships, permissions, maintenance, and clinical hierarchy oversight, while collaborating with the vendor(s) and leadership to enhance system functionality and visibility for field teammates. - Develop and maintain training materials to ensure clinical P&P content remains accurate, assessable, and visible to users within appropriate timeframes. - Respond to and resolve Clinical P&P ServiceNow Tickets. - Comprehension and coordination of the process required to make facility specific clinical P&P document(s) available to applicable teammates within eP&P. - Develop and coordinate training materials, including online courses and resources tailored to applicable modalities, teammate job roles, and Medical Director role in preparation for biannual training. - Collaborate with designated online course developers and obtain legal and Compliance approval for clinical P&P training materials prior to field release, while providing additional support as needed. - Lead and participate in semi-annual clinical P&P reviews within established timelines, ensuring review and approval processes are followed and feedback is communicated to the appropriate workgroups. - Customize and manage the review process for clinical P&P by partnering with Subject Matter Experts and the clinical P&P Team to develop and deliver draft materials to the Clinical P&P Oversight Committee. - Maintain current knowledge of medical research and clinical practice data to facilitate the development and ongoing review of related clinical policies and procedures. - Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned including but not limited to: - Coordinating with clinical P&P Team to provide backup coverage for other team members, as needed. - Attend or lead team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed - Travel required: up to 10% - Know, understand, and follow teammate guidance, employment policies, and department or company procedures MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required) - Associated Degree in Nursing or higher from accredited school of nursing or three-year diploma from accredited diploma program required, BSN preferred - Current RN license in state of practice required - CNN or CDN required within one year of hire or position change - Minimum of three (3) years' nephrology nursing experience required - Experience in writing, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures preferred - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION - Commitment to and role model DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment and Fun with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively to patients, teammates, management, physicians, and/or vendors (Village Service Partners) in everyday performance and interactions. - Self-directed; Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description You will help implement strategic go-to-market programs across the Experian Verification Solutions (EVS) portfolio. This role partners with multiple teams, including Strategy, Finance, Data, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Pricing, and Enablement teams. It helps build opportunities that expand EVS's serviceable addressable market (SAM). The work spans entering new markets, expanding presence in existing segments, and supporting product development to capture greater market share. Your success requires hands-on execution—the ability to translate ambiguous, qualitative ideas into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and tangible growth. You are collaborative, and energized by working across teams. You will work remotely in this role, and report to the Product Director, Commercialization, Verification Solutions. What You'll Do - Implement commercialization and go‑to‑market plans across multiple markets and use cases to lead meaningful EVS growth - Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy, opportunity sizing, and investment decisions - Build data-supported business cases for new market and expansion opportunities - Translate qualitative ideas into quantitative frameworks, including assumptions, metrics, and success criteria - Present recommendations to leadership and align partners on prioritization and next steps - Partner cross‑functionally (Product, Engineering, Data, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to deliver POCs and MVPs - Manage cross‑BU strategic plans that result in unique EVS value propositions - Track initiative progress against milestones; surface risks, and dependencies - Help maintain operational discipline through tools, templates, and standardized processes - Develop clear written updates and presentation materials for senior and cross‑functional partners - Support internal awareness, enablement, and adoption of new Verification Solutions offerings What Success Is in This Role - Strategic and Outcome‑Oriented – Think beyond tasks to understand the "why," linking plans to our goals and growth outcomes - Collaborative Partner – Build relationships across teams and aligns diverse perspectives toward shared goals - Structured Communicator – Translate qualitative asks into clear plans, success metrics, and progress tracking - Curious – Learns quickly, asks thoughtful questions, and remains curious during changing priorities Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in execution-focused product roles - Experience in financial services, data, SaaS, or verification solutions - Experience implementing complex cross‑functional projects - Experience promoting growth through market expansion or new growth programs - Experience putting structure around ambiguous or qualitative asks, including defining metrics, aligning partners, and communicating progress - Experience working in a matrixed environment with diverse partners and priorities Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
