Assessor - Independent Contractor

Role Description We’re expanding our network of independent assessors across the United States. At BTS, we inspire and equip people to do the best work of their lives, creating better businesses. We partner with organizations to select and develop leaders at all levels. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our independent contractor network to support delivery of leadership assessment solutions on a project-by-project basis. This is a non-employee, contract-based opportunity offering flexibility in accepting engagements based on your availability and interest. This role is primarily remote, with potential opportunities for domestic travel depending on client needs. Scope of Work - Deliver assessment center components for leadership assessment experiences - Conduct interviews, facilitate simulations, and evaluate participant performance using established frameworks and tools - Analyze behavioral data and identify patterns to inform overall assessments - Prepare written summaries or reports reflecting observations and evaluation outcomes, as defined by each project scope - Deliver feedback to participants and/or client stakeholders, where applicable - Participate in calibration or alignment sessions to support consistency across assessors, as needed for specific engagements Qualifications - Advanced degree in psychology or related field (e.g., I/O, HR, Organizational Development), or equivalent professional experience - Demonstrated experience with assessment centers for development and/or selection, including use of structured rating methodologies - Experience conducting behavioral interviews and/or role-play simulations - Strong written communication skills, including synthesizing multiple data sources - Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information effectively to a range of audiences - Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse populations - 2+ years of experience supporting early-career or mid-level leadership assessments, and/or - 8+ years of experience supporting senior leadership assessments

Role Description We’re looking for a Clinical Data specialist to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Qualifications - Certified as a study nurse, physician, or other form clinical professional, or have a comparable professional education. - Bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences, biology, molecular medicine, or a related applied science. - Education as a nurse with additional training or several years of clinical work in oncology/haematology. - Familiarity with all aspects of how cancer is managed, from diagnosis until cessation of treatment. - Fluent in cancer terminology as well as in general German medical terminology. - Experience with the presentation of clinical data (e.g. ICD codes, cancer registry data) and treatment pathways in oncology care. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems, electronic data capture forms, or other data management systems. - Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate clinical issues effectively with a diverse team. - Exceptional attention to detail and pragmatic in the search for solutions. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment. - Fluent in German (C-level, mandatory requirement) and very good English proficiencies (minimum requirement B2-level). Requirements - Strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in applying them to data processing (optional).
