• In this role, you will operate as a scientific leader within the Research Sciences (RS) organization, supporting our Scientific Engagement and Applied Research (SEAR) function, innovating and translating predictive modeling approaches—such as digital twins and other advanced simulation frameworks into decision grade solutions for pharmaceutical and academic partners. • Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced predictive modeling solutions, for digital twins and other patient-level simulation approaches, in clinical development and adjacent use cases (e.g., trial design, cohort selection, endpoint prediction, treatment effect estimation, etc.)) • Advance a methodological strategy against existing and future use cases for applied AI in RWD/RWE by appropriate application of machine-learning, deep learning, causal inference, and multimodal modeling approaches • Ensures that prediction models are scientifically rigorous, clinically grounded, and aligned to decision-oriented use cases • Serve as a scientific lead in client engagements, working closely with our Life Sciences Partnership team to apply, or proactively develop, Flatiron’s modeling strategies and solutions to biopharma clinical development needs • Translate complex methodological concepts into clear, decision-relevant insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports and other modes of engagement • Act as the organization’s external scientific engagement lead for predictive modeling and applied AI, representing the company at national and international conferences, industry forums, and through publications and scientific communications • Lead authorship of abstracts, manuscripts, and external publications, establishing Flatiron as a leader in applied AI and predictive modeling • Develop and disseminate training on the application of predictive models and applied AI solutions to multiple cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed environment • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to shape reusable capabilities into existing or novel scalable platforms for predictive analytics

• Work closely with study leads to design client-facing real-world oncology studies with high quality study protocols and statistical analysis plans • Collaborate with statistical programmers to ensure accurate implementation of analyses in accordance with study specifications • Assist in interpretation and presentation of study findings through study reports and presentations to clients • Contribute to discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, including oncologists and project managers, to execute and deliver on projects in an accurate, effective, and timely manner • Continue to develop your understanding of epidemiological and statistical approaches for analyzing observational real-world data and deepen your understanding of cancer biology, therapies, and outcomes across multiple major tumor types

Role Description We’re looking for a Clinical Data specialist to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the clinical and product teams to execute on and further develop our end-to-end data extraction processes. This includes: - Extracting complex structured and unstructured clinical data from electronic medical records, ensuring high quality data that benefit cancer patients and researchers. - Developing and updating data curation instruction documents as well as data capture forms for multiple solid tumour types and hematologic malignancies. - Helping to develop and refine ML and LLM enabled curation methods. - Supporting data quality and control activities, including maintenance and improvement of existing QA processes. - Planning feasibility and initial testing of novel data points or new data extraction approaches. - Contributing to product development by synthesizing data and feedback to provide insights about the abstraction process. - Supporting quality assurance on dataset deliverables and data analyses. - Collaborating with a cross-functional team including technical, partnerships, and product managers, product designers, data privacy experts, research scientists, and clinical professionals. - Weighing tradeoffs and clearly communicating data-driven recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders. - Providing clinical expertise to support the processing and harmonisation of structured data points. Qualifications - Certified as a study nurse, physician, or other form clinical professional, or have a comparable professional education. - Bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences, biology, molecular medicine, or a related applied science. - Education as a nurse with additional training or several years of clinical work in oncology/haematology. - Familiarity with all aspects of how cancer is managed, from diagnosis until cessation of treatment. - Fluent in cancer terminology as well as in general German medical terminology. - Experience with the presentation of clinical data (e.g. ICD codes, cancer registry data) and treatment pathways in oncology care. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems, electronic data capture forms, or other data management systems. - Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate clinical issues effectively with a diverse team. - Exceptional attention to detail and pragmatic in the search for solutions. - Enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and international environment. - Fluent in German (C-level, mandatory requirement) and very good English proficiencies (minimum requirement B2-level). Requirements - Strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in applying them to data processing (optional). Role Description We are looking for Clinicians who are passionate about the potential for real-world evidence (RWE) to accelerate the progress against cancer to join our Flatiron Health UK Research Oversight Committee. Applicants must be clinicians or clinical academics with experience of using real world data (RWD) for outcomes research, ideally in cancer. What You'll Participate In - Work with a cross-functional team of Flatiron internal and external committee members to review research requests by research partners (e.g. academic and clinical researchers, pharmaceutical companies) to access Flatiron Health UK’s anonymised real-world data products. - Ensure applications demonstrate that they are in the interest of the UK public and generate patient benefit in order to be approved. Roles and Responsibilities - Attend regular committee meetings and commit to reviewing applications in these meetings and asynchronously as required. - Review and assess new and existing data access requests by external researchers to access Flatiron Health UK RWD products. - Provide feedback to researchers on applications to access Flatiron Health UK RWD products. - Conduct reviews during regular committee meetings and asynchronously. - Participate in committee meetings that may be held in person or remotely (via video conferencing). - Approve summaries of decisions and outcomes of meetings to be drafted by Flatiron and published on Flatiron Health UK’s website (e.g. a data access register). - Devote no more than five hours per calendar month (with additional hours possible on an exceptional basis) for attendance at, and preparation for, committee meetings and decisions required between committee meetings. - Receive compensation for this time at fair market value rates for their role on the committee. • Build, update, and perform quality assurance (QA) on Flatiron regimen content in OncoEMR based on NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates • Migrate and customize Flatiron regimen content for Flatiron customers as part of our new clinical content services offering designed to help practices keep their regimen libraries current and up to date with the latest evidence-based regimens • Map Flatiron regimen content in Flatiron Assist, our oncology-specific clinical decision support platform • Maintain up-to-date tracking and status of all regimen work • Review project status with Clinical Oncology team management and colleagues as appropriate • Adhere to all build and maintenance policies, procedures, and quality standards • Proactively communicate challenges and escalate appropriately to ensure that assigned projects are completed in a timely manner

• In this role, you'll work with Flatiron’s Unstructured Data Processing team to identify protected health information (PHI) in patient medical images and flag that information for removal. • Follow detailed instructions regarding internal policies and procedures for reviewing data and completing image redaction. • Provide feedback to our team about the software that you are using to help us to improve our processes and tools for doing this work efficiently and effectively. • Be expected to consistently complete a high volume of predefined tasks in a timely manner. • Accurately track your time and report any barriers to efficient work in a timely manner.
