• Facilitate reimbursement and access to medications for patients through payer research and HCP education and support • Engage with HCPs and their staff using a multi-channel approach to enhance experience • Support the entire reimbursement journey from patient enrollment or initiation, access determination, and payer prior authorization processes through appeals/denials requirements • Educate HCPs and office staff on available patient assistance programs • Serve as payer and pharmacy expert for a defined territory/geography and proactively communicate changes to key stakeholders • Identify market access trends from local, regional, or national payers in an assigned territory/geography • Maintain and grow knowledge of national, regional, local, and account market dynamics • Analyze an assigned territory using reporting and analytics tools • Monitor and meet program SLAs, KPIs, and other established metrics

• Supports contract management by initiating draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments; coordinating scope development with Sales and Operational SMEs; assisting Legal with document formatting and tracking; and maintaining accurate contract files and status updates in the Contract Tracker • Utilizes corporate templates as provided by the Legal team. • Analyzes proposals and/or other materials to identify requirements and ensures legal requirements, scope, timeline, and budget of the agreement are drafted appropriately • Analyze and review externally provided client and certain vendor agreements, and evaluate, and determine if requests for changes to any Gifthealth agreements are acceptable in accordance with our company legal policies and practices • Utilize Contract SOPs to track and initiate renewals and maintain accurate records • Leads the full contract development process—including document creation, SME and leadership coordination, review cycles, and feedback integration—and manages final preparation and submission to the appropriate client, vendor, or business development channels • Maintains contract libraries and templates to streamline development and record keeping practices • Participates in Commercial Team meetings, provide input and support as required • Completes other tasks as assigned

• Leads design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business priorities • Provides technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to engineering team • Manages, mentors, and supports a team of 2–8 software engineers, including performance feedback and career development • Collaborates with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Oversees system reliability, performance monitoring, testing strategies, and production support • Contributes to documentation, development standards, and continuous improvement of engineering processes

• Own the patient communications roadmap across SMS and email — prescription status updates, refill reminders, onboarding flows, and beyond • Build the foundation for patient journey mapping: define lifecycle stages, segment patients by behavior and need, and design tailored communication tracks for each • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize message timing, content, cadence, and channel — with a clear framework for what we learn and how we act on it • Ensure communications are deeply integrated with the patient portal and checkout flow, not bolted on — the in-app and out-of-app experience should feel like one journey • Partner with engineering to build on top of Twilio, understanding its capabilities and constraints well enough to make sound product and architecture decisions • Define the metrics that matter — open rates, click-through, on-treatment rates, support deflection — and drive toward them • Work with clinical and compliance to ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements • Collaborate with design and content to make every message feel warm, clear, and on-brand

• Ensure day-to-day quality oversight across pharmacy operations with a focus on internal auditing, supplier quality, on-the-floor QA support, and product returns coordination. • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Warehouse/Logistics to maintain a robust QMS, drive compliance with quality assurance expectations, and enable safe, right-first-time dispensing. • Plan, execute, and report risk-based internal audits of receiving, storage, dispensing, packaging, cold chain, controlled substance handling, shipping, and returns. • Track observations, grade findings, and drive CAPA effectiveness through to verified closure. • Perform supplier qualification and re-qualification (manufacturers, wholesalers, 3PLs, reverse distributors, packaging, couriers). • Provide line/area QA oversight in real time (lot/expiry verification, label checks, line clearance, pack verification, temperature excursion assessments). • Own the returns and reverse logistics quality process: intake, segregation/quarantine, evaluation, disposition, and documentation.

• Verify Prescription Accuracy: Ensure prescriptions are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations before dispensing. • Perform Drug Utilization Reviews: Review prescribed medications for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness based on patient history and current medications. • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with prescribing physicians and healthcare teams to clarify medication orders and resolve discrepancies. • Patient Safety & Compliance: Ensure that medications are prescribed for the right patient, in the right dose, and via the appropriate route of administration. • Monitor Medication Interactions: Identify potential drug-drug, drug-food, or drug-disease interactions and take corrective actions as necessary. • Maintain Records: Ensure that prescription records are accurately maintained and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations. • Stay Current with Pharmacy Regulations: Adhere to all relevant pharmacy practice laws, standards, and guidelines, including updates to drug formularies. • Provide Support as Needed: Assist with administrative tasks, such as medication-related inquiries, when required to improve overall workflow and patient care. • Contribute to Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing prescription verification processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.

• Designs, builds, and deploys production automations that integrate with internal APIs and third-party operational systems (browser-based UI automations where APIs are not available) • Builds and maintains step-level logging, alerting, and observability so automation failures, skips, and anomalies surface in real time rather than via downstream impact • Maintains, debugs, and enhances existing automations as operational requirements change and triages production incidents and resolve them within the internal fix path • Partners with operations stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical specifications, validates automation outputs during parallel-run periods, and defines acceptance criteria • Establishes and documents engineering standards for automation development, logging conventions, error handling patterns, configuration management, deployment processes • Evaluates, selects, and integrates tooling (including UI automation frameworks, observability platforms, and orchestration systems) that support the long-term automation roadmap • Documents automation logic, operational runbooks, and architectural decisions so that knowledge transfers cleanly across the engineering team
