Qualifications - Currently enrolled (3rd semester or higher) in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Demonstrated knowledge of algorithmic thinking and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++). - Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA). - Comfortable using Git and GitHub for version control. - Familiar with prompt engineering tools like OpenAI Playground, Hugging Face Spaces, or similar platforms. - Strong communicator in English; German is a plus. - Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about building real-world AI applications. Role Description WoodmenLife is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer III to help design, build, and evolve our Azure cloud platform. This senior technical role is highly impactful—driving platform engineering maturity, advancing our Azure Landing Zone, and enabling secure, scalable cloud solutions across the enterprise. You will partner closely with our Cloud Architect and Enterprise Architecture teams to operationalize cloud standards and deliver reusable engineering patterns. This is a platform engineering role focused on building and evolving the Azure foundation—not just supporting individual application workloads.
