Role Description In der Rolle als Accountant (Interne Bezeichnung: Senior Associate) übernimmst Du Projektaufgaben bei unseren Kunden und Kundinnen. Alleine oder in kleinen Teams arbeitest Du an Accounting bezogenen Fragestellungen und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch sicherzustellen. Qualifications - Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (z.B. als Finanzbuchhalter*in) - vorzugsweise im Mittelstand, einem Start-up oder einer Beratung - Fähigkeit, in mindestens einem gängigen Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-System zu arbeiten (z.B. DATEV Rechnungswesen, Lexware, SAP oder Business Central / Navision) - Fit in Excel / Google Sheets mit hoher Zahlenaffinität - Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und gute in Englisch (min. B1) - Idealerweise Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Einführung von Finance- und Accountingtools, Arbeit mit Vorerfassungssystemen (z.B.
