Role Description As a Salesforce Developer and technical solution partner, you design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions by combining low‑code tools with custom development. You translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, support integrations with external systems, and ensure stable, high‑quality implementations through best practices and automated testing. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you actively contribute to modern DevOps processes and leverage AI‑supported development approaches to continuously improve solutions and ways of working. Salary: up to 120pln/h B2B Your Tasks - Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using a hybrid of AI-supported low‑code (Flows, metadata) and AI-generated custom development (Apex, LWC). - Translate business requirements and user stories into efficient technical architectures, leveraging modern AI tools throughout the development lifecycle. - Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems (e.g. ERP, CMS, e‑commerce) via REST and SOAP APIs. - Ensure system stability, security, and performance through automated testing and strict adherence to Salesforce best practices. - Work with modern DevOps and CI/CD processes and actively contribute AI knowledge and improvements within the team. Qualifications - 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development. - Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Metadata API, and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP). - Practical experience with AI-supported development workflows, including prompt engineering and AI code/metadata generation tools. - Solid understanding of the Salesforce Core Stack, data models, and relational databases. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory) plus experience with Git, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and agile methods (e.g. Jira). - Nice to have: German proficiency B2+. - Experience with B2B Commerce.
