Role Description As a Creative Solutions Specialist, you will be joining the Solutions Team at ROI Hunter, working fully remotely from Brazil and helping enterprise e-commerce clients unlock the full potential of AI-powered creative at scale. - Support clients and prospects in implementing creative solutions, guiding them from the first conversation through to delivery. - Ensure the output is brand-safe, high-performing, and usable across millions of products. - Execute hands-on design work for client creative assets. - Review work done by external partners to ensure it meets requirements. - Manage creative projects end to end, coordinating with clients, CSM, product teams, and external partners. - Work directly with the Product team, providing feedback from real client situations. - Adapt to changing tooling and environment as Gen AI capabilities develop.
