Role Description The Senior Accountant role is the key one in maintaining healthy financial shape and discipline of the entities. This role includes managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. They often supervise and control other teams’ journals, analyze financial data, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making related to the markets of direct responsibility, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and assist with audits and taxes. How you will make a difference: - Produce high-quality monthly financial reports with full review of P&L and all Balance Sheet positions. - Complete weekly bank reconciliations, analyze and summarize cash positions, and monitor cash flows while highlighting any concerns. - Assist the AR team with invoicing and debt identification. - Perform intercompany reconciliations and control market-related AP and liabilities identification. - Process month-end journal entries and ensure financial control and compliance. - Monitor and highlight any potential risks to the business. - Support local accounting, tax, and audit professionals with all required documentation and explanations as often as required (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). - Support the business with various reports upon request. - Act in accordance with Safeguard Global values and ethics. - Review and improve processes, procedures, and policies while sharing best practices with teammates. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in accounting role. - Experience or exposure of working with multinational business is desired. - Experience with financial accounting and balance sheet reconciliations. - Data analysis skills. - Excellent communication skills, including English Language. - Advanced Excel skills. - Designed and implemented process improvement initiatives. Role Description As a Staff Accountant at Avandra Imaging, you will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities.
