Job Requirements
- Active CPA license (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a marketing, agency, or startup setting, with 1 to 3 years experience in crypto
- Hands-on experience with crypto reconciliation and digital asset tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, and Notion, familiarity with accounting software like Quickbooks
- Self-starter who takes full ownership of their work and communicates proactively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Prior experience as a sole accountant or in a lean finance team (Nice to haves)
- Familiarity with marketing industry billing and contractor management (Nice to haves)

Role Description As a Staff Accountant at Avandra Imaging, you will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities. This role is responsible for executing accounts receivable collections, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate cash application and bank reconciliations.
