Role Description As a Staff Accountant at Avandra Imaging, you will support day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities. This role is responsible for executing accounts receivable collections, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate cash application and bank reconciliations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining strong cash flow, financial accuracy, and operational discipline as the company continues to scale. This is a hands-on, operational role based in Avandra’s Eagan, Minnesota office, or open to remote within the U.S. for the right person. What You’ll Do - Own accounts receivable collections for Datcard and Sorna, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up. - Apply customer payments accurately in QuickBooks and ensure timely cash application. - Process and record customer check deposits, customer credit card payments and deposits. - Manage accounts payable for Datcard, Sorna, and Connor Group. - Review, code, and process vendor bills and support timely payment execution. - Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company standards. - Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts. - Partner with the Director of Finance and Accounting and broader finance team to support reporting, close activities, and process improvements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting. - Hands-on experience with cash collections and cash application. - Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment. Role Description As an Accounting Manager at Avandra Imaging, you will have a critical role in supporting day-to-day financial operations across multiple operating entities. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the accounting department as well as collaborating with other departments within the organization. This role also includes managing accounting systems while ensuring a strong understanding of operational systems and data. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong cash flow, financial accuracy, and operational discipline as the company continues to scale. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work as a team player. The nature of the work will require demonstrating initiative and responsibility and being flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment; the candidate should be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and able to solve practical problems. This is a hands-on, operational role based in Avandra’s Eagan, Minnesota office, or open to remote within the U.S. for the right person. What You’ll Do - Complete and oversee the month-end close process. - Post journal entries for the month-end close process related to assigned GL accounts. - Analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, and variance reports) to provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Accounting and Finance. - Support year-end income tax reporting and coordinate annual CPA audits. - Monitor daily cash flow and perform bank account reconciliations. - Complete and lead the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. - Assist in preparation of annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting. - Adhere to internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. - Ensure compliance with regulatory filings, annual reporting, and corporate insurance audits. - Oversee preparation of 1099s and other year-end tax form submissions. - Reconcile employee benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Oversee employee expense reimbursement process. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting department and implement best practices. - Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial reporting standards. - Perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. - 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in an Accounting Manager seat. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience using QuickBooks Online. - Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing, multi-entity environment. - Ability to build relationships with critical thinking skills. - Effective communication, both written and verbal, emphasizing attention to detail. • Own end-to-end contract execution for US commercial agreements -- work with the sales team on commercial terms, draft and redline customer contracts, and drive them through to execution • Build and maintain the contract lifecycle process, including workflow tooling, signing authority routing, and playbooks that make future contracting faster and more repeatable • Oversee customer logistics: manage camera ordering, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure new customers are onboarded quickly and in step with sales momentum • Contribute to process design for clinical ops, including building the infrastructure to manage and scale our network of teleophthalmology graders • Support hiring across the ops division and own onboarding logistics for new team members • Draft internal policies and SOPs to close operational gaps as the company grows • Take on strategic projects across ops -- board materials, cross-functional project management, and analysis as needed

• Lead clinical study design and execution across multiple hospital sites • Manage relationships with clinical investigators and hospital administrators • Support FDA regulatory pathway including Q-sub preparation and clinical trial protocols • Oversee clinical data collection and analysis for regulatory submissions • Establish and maintain relationships with OB/GYN departments and L&D units • Guide clinical workflow integration and user experience optimization • Support hospital IRB processes and vendor vetting procedures • Lead clinical training and education programs for adoption • Work closely with engineering team on device usability and clinical requirements • Partner with regulatory consultants on FDA strategy and submissions • Collaborate with algorithm team on clinical validation of EEG analysis • Interface with business development on hospital partnership negotiations

• As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be a hands-on leader who will scale and lead Optain’s US customer success function—owning a portfolio of accounts while managing a growing team of Customer Success Managers and CS Specialists. • This role is responsible for driving exam utilization, reducing churn, expanding revenue within existing accounts, and ensuring every Optain customer realizes measurable clinical and business value from the platform. • Reporting to the Head of US Customer Success & Implementation, the Manager will sit at the intersection of commercial execution, clinical outcomes, and operational rigor. • You will own the customer health framework, lead quarterly business reviews with health system executives, identify and close SMB upsell opportunities, and partner with US Business Development on enterprise expansion deals. • You’ll work closely with the Implementation team, Clinical Operations, and Product Management to channel customer feedback into roadmap priorities.

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned US accounts, including project planning, milestone definition, go-live readiness criteria, and formal handoff to Customer Success. • Work with the Technical Implementation Management team to build and maintain implementation project plans with clear timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths for each account. • Serve as the primary internal owner for implementation outcomes, coordinating across internal teams and customer stakeholders. • Partner with clinical stakeholders to define screening workflows that integrate Optain’s platform with existing clinical operations and EHR systems (Epic, Athena, and others). • Collaborate with Technical Implementation to define HL7 interface requirements, VPN/SFTP connectivity, and platform configuration for each customer. • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff (technicians, nurses, physicians) on camera operation, image capture, and platform workflow—both in-person and virtual. • Define and track proof-of-concept success criteria—exam volume ramp, provider adoption rates, image quality compliance, workflow adherence—and drive accountability toward targets.

• Perform manual visual review of medical imaging studies using approved DICOM viewers • Validate imaging studies against client-specific acceptance criteria, including: • Modality and series accuracy • Anatomical coverage and completeness • Image usability and acquisition artifacts • Confirm required images and series are present and properly structured • Verify that no Protected Health Information (PHI) is present in imaging data prior to delivery, including: • Burned-in text or annotations • Overlays and image corners • Confirm imaging data has been properly de-identified according to Avandra standards • Identify, flag, and escalate suspected PHI exposure or de-identification failures • Document review outcomes using Avandra QA workflows and tools • Apply standardized pass, fail, or needs-review determinations • Maintain clear, auditable records of quality and privacy reviews • Participate in calibration and training sessions to maintain review consistency • Provide feedback to improve automated quality and de-identification checks • Collaborate with Imaging Operations and Engineering teams as needed

• Diagnose and resolve software, system, and infrastructure issues across Avandra’s products and internal tooling • Act as a technical point of contact for escalated or ambiguous issues impacting reliability, performance, or accessibility • Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software, hardware, and internal systems • Contribute to the quality and reliability of Avandra’s software through structured QA processes • Write and maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, smoke tests) • Participate in release testing and validation efforts • Ensure appropriate test coverage for new features and critical infrastructure • Write scripts and tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration using automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) • Improve system observability through logging, alerting, and dashboards • Identify repetitive tasks and build automated solutions to reduce manual effort

• Support regulatory strategy and submission timelines for US market • Support management of medical device listing, establishment registration, and labeling compliance • Own quality oversight of supplier relationships for US market • Conduct supplier audits (remote and on-site) and manage audit findings to closure • Lead CAPA investigations and effectiveness verification • Manage incoming inspection criteria and supplier performance metrics • Coordinate design transfer and manufacturing scale-up activities • Maintain design control documentation (DHF) for hardware products • Handle complaint investigations and MDR reporting • Support document control and training record maintenance • Partner with Engineering on design verification/validation protocols • Work with Operations on manufacturing quality requirements • Coordinate with Director of QA/RA on global compliance strategy

• Support site start-up activities, including creation of study templates, CRFs, study manuals, site shipments, investigator binders and investigational device accountability. • Support data entry, query tracking, and remote and on-site monitoring needs in collaboration with CRO and internal team members. • Support or lead IRB submissions. • Maintain essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) per regulatory and company standards. • Coordinate clinical trial logistics such as meeting scheduling, site communications, and shipping of study materials. • Collaborate with CRO, central reading centers and other vendors as needed. • Draft and distribute study-related communications, agendas, and minutes. • Ensure adherence to GCP, ISO 14155, and regulatory guidelines with supervision. • Assist in the preparation of clinical study reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions. • Contribute to the development of SOPs, templates, and internal workflows.
