Role Description Join the Medtronic Global Service & Repair (S&R) organization and help alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life! The Senior Director, Service and Repair Delivery – APAC provides strategic and operational leadership for service delivery across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring best-in-class customer support, operational excellence, year-over-year P&L leverage, and sustainable, profitable service growth. This leader will drive regional execution aligned with global Service & Repair strategy while building a high-performing organization that supports Medtronic’s mission and long-term growth in APAC. This position reports to the Global VP Service and Repair and will be a member of the Global Leadership Team. This role is open to remote within the APAC Region for well-qualified applicants. As the Senior Director, Service and Repair Delivery – APAC, you will: - Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Medtronic’s Service & Repair organization across a diverse and complex region. - Partner closely with global S&R leadership, regional commercial leaders, and Operating Units to ensure high-quality, reliable service delivery. - Oversee a geographically distributed service organization, including Field Service Engineers and Service Center repair operations. - Provide regional leadership, governance, and strategic direction while enabling strong local execution. - Drive operational excellence, deliver best-in-industry service levels, create P&L leverage, and advance service commercialization initiatives. - Partner with global and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities to strengthen service capabilities and expand service revenue. Qualifications - Baccalaureate degree. - Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of managerial experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior relevant experience including 10+ years of managerial experience. Requirements - Ability to lead cross-functional organization in a multi-cultural matrix environment with teams located in multiple sub-regions. - Ability to build strong partnerships across the organization and influence strategy and decision making. - Ability to represent S&R function with customers and external stakeholders (industry partners, regulators, others). - Strategic thinking to develop and execute S&R strategies. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $156,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
