Front-End Developer
LMI
• Develop and update the front-end code for multiple web applications • Write, design, and implement code using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript • Integrate UI/UX designs into efficient user interfaces and web app front-ends using modern design systems and component libraries including Storybook • Develop and execute unit test for product components • Collaborate with a software development team using Git • Meet with Army managers and representatives in a consultative capacity to discuss software issues, understand mission requirements, and brainstorm methods of solving existing problems • Write original code and update existing code, ensuring that all code meets program requirements. • Able to be methodical in documenting and testing your own code • Comfortable working independently and as a member of a team, with demonstrated ability to work in strategic and consultant-oriented environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience using HTML5, CSS, and JS development within Python, Java, and/or R-based web frameworks
- 5+ years of experience building tools in React.js and/or vanilla Javascript
- Experience planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software applications for an enterprise level system.
- Experience using industry guidelines and best practices for developing software including Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles or technical mentorship.
- Active Secret security clearance.

Role Description We're seeking a Performance Marketing Landing Page Specialist to own the design and technical execution of landing pages for our lead generation campaigns. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves troubleshooting technical challenges, and can bridge the gap between design and implementation. You'll work with client-provided assets to create conversion-optimized landing pages for performance marketing campaigns, serving as the go-to expert for landing page best practices, platform troubleshooting, and ensuring flawless execution from intake to launch. You are highly organized, a natural problem solver, and strong communicator that is comfortable troubleshooting potential issues that may arise. Responsibilities - Build and launch landing pages in Unbounce with a focus on conversion optimization, message match, and CTA hierarchy. - Design landing pages using provided assets and our best practices playbook, developed with over 15 years of campaign data and experience. - Own the full build lifecycle: intake review, asset preparation, page build, QA, and pre-launch testing. - Troubleshoot platform issues independently using documentation and code inspection tools. - Implement forms (Jotform), scripts, tracking pixels, and other technical integrations. - Ensure responsive/mobile optimization across all deliverables. - Maintain organized workflows, naming conventions, and QA checklists. - Serve as internal point of contact for landing page execution questions and best practices. - Communicate blockers, questions, and status updates clearly and proactively. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience building landing pages. - Hands-on experience with Unbounce and Jotform (or similar landing page/form builders). - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for styling adjustments and minor debugging. - Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile optimization. - Understanding of form setup, routing, and script placement/validation. - Experience with code inspection tools for troubleshooting. - Knowledge of landing page best practices: conversion-focused layouts, CTA hierarchy, message match. - Familiarity with tracking/analytics implementation (GTM, GA4, pixels). - Graphic design skills (Figma, Photoshop).
