• Accounts Receivable & Invoicing — own end-to-end accounts receivable, including sending invoices to payors (nonprofits and government agencies) and following up on outstanding payments. • Account Reconciliation — perform regular reconciliation across all accounts to ensure financial records are accurate and audit-ready. • Bookkeeping & QuickBooks Management — maintain clean, organized records in QuickBooks Online and support accounts payable and expense management with assistance from our bookkeeper. • Financial Tracking & Reporting — assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and management reporting to support leadership decision-making. • Process Improvement — streamline core financial and operations processes and tools to support a scaling organization. • Office & HR Operations Support — support remote office management, asset management, basic legal tasks (e.g., business insurance, mail), and HR processes in partnership with our PEO providers.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for managed services, digital transformation, and automation solutions. • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their IT needs, challenges, and objectives. • Position our suite of managed services offerings, including Help Desk support, Infrastructure Management, Security, and Digital Transformation solutions, as value-added solutions that address client pain points and deliver tangible business outcomes. • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the benefits and ROI of our services, leveraging case studies, testimonials, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, engineers, and project managers, to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and market trends. • Leverage offshore and nearshore options to optimize service delivery and provide cost-effective solutions to clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings. • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
• Conduct product demos tailored to specific use cases and pain points • Answer technical questions about integrations, data handling, and customization capabilities • Understand clients' tech stacks and operational workflows • Collaborate with product teams for feedback on prospect needs and feature requests • Create technical sales materials like integration guides and timelines • Support sales team with technical scoping for custom deals
• Own and administer the full HubSpot instance across Sales, Client Services, and Support • Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, and pipelines • Manage integrations (Fathom, SMS, time tracking tools, QuickBooks, and others) • Maintain Commerce Hub order forms and invoicing workflows • Proactively identify and resolve system bugs, logic errors, and data inconsistencies • Maintain customer lifecycle documentation and system diagrams • Lead execution of two already-scoped architecture enhancements focused on time tracking and invoicing improvements • Partner with Finance to reconcile new sales and upsell data between HubSpot and QuickBooks • Ensure invoicing, order forms, and subscription data are accurate and audit-ready • Validate reporting accuracy across dashboards
• Founding engineer who’ll help us design the engine for ad delivery inside AI experiences and supporting infrastructure • Work on ad decisioning pipeline, Publisher SDK, Delivery infrastructure, and Observability stack
• You're a relationship-driven operator who thrives on making customers wildly successful. As our first CSM, you'll own the entire post-sale experience— from onboarding new brands to deepening relationships with our existing portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities, and building the playbooks that will define how Endless Commerce delivers value at scale. • Lead new customers from signed contract to fully live on Endless— coordinating with our product team to ensure a smooth, fast, and confidence-building launch experience. • Own the health of your book of business. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at each brand, proactively identify risk, and drive renewals. • Deeply understand each customer's operations so you can identify where additional Endless Commerce capabilities— new channels, features, or integrations— can make their lives easier and grow our footprint. • Partner with product and marketing to keep customers informed on product updates, new capabilities, and growth opportunities that are relevant to their business. • As our founding CSM, you'll be creating things from scratch— onboarding checklists, QBR templates, health score frameworks, escalation processes. You'll set the standard for how we do CS. • Synthesize feedback from across your portfolio and bring it back to product and leadership to help us build a better platform. • Work hand-in-hand with our partnerships and marketing efforts to turn happy customers into advocates who refer new brands into our ecosystem.
• You’re an extroverted, outgoing marketing generalist building community, ecosystem, and partnerships—whether with brands in our ICP at ExpoWest or Shoppe Object, or with channel partners who provide services for our existing clients • Expect to own our customer referral flywheel, Slack communities, tradeshow prep and set-up, and channel partnerships • Help us connect the dots between our large, active, and sometimes disparate networks so that Endless Commerce and our exec team can stay top of mind • Work with our Head of Product and future CSM and Sales hires to engage our existing customers to keep them updated on changes and improvements to the product, exciting growth opps that could make their lives easier, etc • Help us plan for and make the most of events like ExpoWest, Shoptalk, IHA, eTail, and more
• Own NeuroNav’s HubSpot instance across Sales, Client Services, and Support • Maintain workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and reporting architecture • Manage integrations (Fathom, SMS, time tracking, etc.) • Oversee Commerce Hub order forms and invoicing workflows integrated with QuickBooks • Maintain customer lifecycle documentation and diagrams • Lead scoped system enhancements (time tracking, invoicing improvements) • Build and maintain dashboards that support leadership decision-making • Partner with Finance to reconcile new sales and upsell data between HubSpot and QuickBooks • Ensure invoicing, order forms, and subscription data are accurate • Validate reporting accuracy across dashboards • Maintain audit-ready data hygiene • Manage the Client Support Team (FMS requests and provider searches) • Monitor ticket volume, fulfillment rates, and turnaround times • Ensure SLAs and workflow discipline • Identify trends and operational improvements • Maintain lifecycle, revenue, and support dashboards • Track key metrics across Sales, Client Services, and Support • Provide clear executive reporting • Train teams on HubSpot workflows and operational tools • Onboard new hires into system processes • Support non-technical team members in mastering tools • Maintain documentation and process guides
• Move from conceptual wireframes to production-ready features within tight cycles, maintaining high velocity without sacrificing code quality. • Design and maintain responsive dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS that handle real-time logistics data at scale. • Build intuitive interfaces for operations teams that make AI-driven workflows transparent, explainable, and easy to manage. • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from technical discovery and scoping to production monitoring and optimization. • Partner with the engineering team to ship AI features that operators trust, defining quality bars for accuracy and confidence.
