Role Description We are looking for an eCommerce Manager - Growth to improve conversion, monetisation, and funnel performance across Sleek’s digital journeys. Mission: - Drive revenue growth by converting site visitors into customers through funnel optimization, experimentation, CRO, and AI-driven user experiences. - Long-term goal of owning the full funnel and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a market. Outcomes: - Outcome 1 (1–6 Months): Improve Funnel Entry Conversion. - Outcome 2 (1–6 Months): Drive Lead Generation on Paid Channels. - Outcome 3 (1–12 Months): Introduce AI-Driven Funnel Experiences. - Outcome 4 (12+ Months): Step Up into Full Funnel Ownership. Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of specialized experience across eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing roles. - Proven success in directly improving the performance of landing pages, digital funnels, or conversion rates. - Active, daily practice of using AI tools. - Practical capabilities with key web experimentation, analytics, and behavioral analysis platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or comparable tools. - Deep understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior dynamics, funnel optimization strategies, and the customer decision-making process. - Proven experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering functions. - Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), parsing user intent, and navigating evolving AI-driven discovery ecosystems like GEO and Web MCP is highly valued.
