What You’ll Do - Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients within your state(s) of licensure, conducting targeted 30- to 45-minute sessions. - Collaborate Multidisciplinary: Act as the behavioral health expert within a tight-knit medical team, collaborating with primary care and specialty providers to optimize patient outcomes. - Manage Varied Acuity: Comfortably navigate a range of clinical presentations, providing sophisticated diagnostic impressions, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients when necessary. - Leverage Modern Health Tech: Utilize Galileo’s proprietary data and technology platform to track patient outcomes, streamline documentation, and optimize the delivery of care. Qualifications - 5+ years experience with providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice/care provision. - Trained with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). - Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks. - Licensed and credentialed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. - A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is required. - Active PsyPact license. - It's a bonus if you are professionally fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting. Compensation & Schedule - Rate: Hourly rate equivalent up to $150,000 annually, pro-rated based on hours and employment type (W2 vs 1099). - Hours: Flexible part-time schedules available. Dependent on licensure, we can offer schedules ranging from 10 to 30 hours/week. • The Head of Legal will manage a team composed of 2 contracts lawyers, 1 regulatory/product lawyer, and an apprentice. • Define priorities, allocate topics, ensure the quality of deliverables, and support the professional development of the lawyers. • Structure rituals, KPIs, and collaboration practices with other departments so that the Legal function is perceived as a responsive and reliable business partner. • Oversee and directly handle strategic contracts, including B2B client agreements, partnerships, supplier contracts, and similar arrangements. • Support Product, Tech, Security, and Compliance teams on matters related to trust services, digital identity, electronic signature, and related topics. • Advise Yousign on risk analysis, contracting, governance, and the regulatory implications associated with the use of AI.

• Provides underwriting support and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customer(s) • Examine title orders within company guidelines • Research respective title plant software and analyze pertinent record documents • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers • Recognize title defects and formulate curative solutions • Assess risks and liabilities and bring these matters to attention • Review surveys prepared on properties, if applicable • Work closely with the customer and escrow staff to meet time requirements
