What You'll Do - Design and build polished, production-ready learning content including presentation materials, eLearning courses, job aids, and infographics. - Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content, clarify requirements, and determine the most effective learning approach. - Translate complex or technical information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences. - Own training projects from intake to delivery, including interviewing SMEs, designing storyboards, building finished learning solutions, and gathering and applying feedback. - Apply instructional design best practices to support learning goals. - Ensure learning solutions are visually clean, intuitive, and easy to use. - Review feedback and performance data to refine and improve learning assets over time. What You'll Bring - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 2–5 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in a corporate or commercial environment. - Strong visual design instincts or prior graphic design experience. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Strong hands-on experience creating learning and performance support materials. - Working knowledge of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s, ARCS, SCARF, etc.) as a practical foundation. - Experience creating learning content using industry-standard authoring and design tools. - Ability to create learning materials that are visually appealing, engaging, and learner friendly. - Openness to using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality in learning design and development. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. - A passion for and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with UX concepts as they relate to learning usability. Experience with video or motion elements (e.g., screen recordings, short animations, explainer videos). Role Description Join our dynamic project studio as a Motion Designer / Editor, where you’ll work on high-profile advertising and social campaigns for a leading domestic appliances brand. We’re looking for someone who can contribute creatively to campaign executions, social-first content, and always-on activity, while also confidently handling localisation and scale when required. We are looking for a Motion Designer to join Brandtech+. The primary role is to help create powerful and impactful digital content for a multitude of different projects. The Motion Designer will proactively manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative work. The ideal candidate should be familiar with executing from conceptual through adaptation. While the role doesn’t require conceptual development, you should be familiar with the process and be able to execute conceptual design concepts. We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer / Editor with strong experience across campaign-led and social-first moving image. You’ll work across concepting, execution, and adaptation, producing content for multiple channels including social, online video, DOOH, TV, and cinema. The ideal candidate combines strong animation and editing skills with an excellent eye for detail, sound design, typography, and pacing. You’ll be comfortable producing new creative assets as well as adapting master files for local markets, often at speed and at scale.
