Civil Project Engineer II/III – Renewable Energy Structural Design

• Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections. • Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs. • Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature. • Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects. • Assist with the management of projects and tasks. • Assist with marketing and proposal development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of solar structure design experience required
- PE License is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, Excel
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for plan development
- Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is a plus

The focus is speed, clarity, and execution. What You’ll Do - Turn rough inputs (notes, emails, drafts, existing slides) into polished executive-ready presentations - Structure complex content into clear, logical flows with strong hierarchy and messaging - Simplify complex topics (investment data, risk, product, workflows) into clean, digestible visuals - Improve clarity and flow without changing core intent - Ensure consistency across presentations in how Clearwater shows up in the market - Build and maintain templates and reusable slide components - Support high-priority deliverables including board materials, client presentations, product launches, and sales narratives - Operate at speed across multiple workstreams with tight timelines What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of presentation design and PowerPoint-heavy production experience - Advanced PowerPoint skills (this role lives in PowerPoint) - Strong storytelling instincts and ability to structure content clearly - Experience working with complex, data-heavy or B2B content - High attention to detail and visual hierarchy - Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders - Ability to prioritize, simplify, and execute quickly
