DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute as an Account Manager III. You will increase revenue and build lasting relationships with customers while representing our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services. Working in a supportive environment that values achievement and innovation, you'll help enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, for the South West region of France, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling. You'll work with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales targets. Through a combination of customer visits and virtual engagement, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to help customers advance their scientific goals. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree preferred plus 3 years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related scientific field • Technical knowledge and ability to understand customer applications and workflows • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office suite • Analytical and strategic planning capabilities • Results-oriented with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial • Commitment to Thermo Fisher's core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers through personalised and proactive communication • Deliver exceptional customer service and create long-term customer loyalty • Engage with customers across multiple communication channels and platforms • Understand customer preferences, behaviours, and needs to provide tailored experiences • Organise and coordinate VIP activities, events, and market-focused initiatives • Maintain strong awareness of local trends, networking opportunities, and relevant social events within the Mexican market • Handle customer requests and escalations professionally and efficiently • Create positive and memorable customer journeys aligned with VIP service standards • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention strategies • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service delivery
• Meet overall sales objectives (quota) both overall and for key growth products via demand generation within targeted geography. • Successfully launch new products, service offerings and generate new equipment leads. • Build effective relationships with and service all targeted hospitals / personnel to maintain and grow relevance within each account. • Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan / Resource Allocation to maximize ROI. • Meet field activity expectations including sales call activity and investment in medical education programs.
