Online Admissions Specialist
Rasmussen University
Role Description The Online Admissions Specialist works in a team environment to support the admissions team. This position will leverage experience in an operations/administrative capacity to support all programs, with a focus on admissions. The Online Admissions Specialist serves as a resource for the online admissions team, online operations, and the Directors of Admissions. This position will also require the handling and gathering of sensitive documents/records requiring strict adherence to the policies and procedures of the University, including adherence to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) in handling student information. Responsibilities: - Admissions Support – 90% - Responsible for the overall maintenance, tracking, and collection of documents, including electronic and paper generated documents stored at the campus. - Compliance with accreditation, state, federal and University standards. - Responsible for performance metrics. - Assist with student outreach to prospective students, including collecting required documents for enrollment and potentially setting appointments for the admissions team. - Exercises strong working knowledge of student account services, re-entry process, student prior learning opportunities, scheduling, and financial aid process. - Builds strong relationships with prospective and current students by listening and identifying student needs. - Strict adherence to all institutional, governmental and accreditation policies, regulations and codes of conduct. - Accurately and professionally represents the University through interactions with students, staff and constituents. - Cultivates a positive team environment by demonstrating accountability and dependability. - Implements and supports policy and procedural changes to ensure the success of students and the University. - Lead or assist with tracking student high school verifications and other outstanding enrollment steps. - Facilitates Academic/Financial Aid appeal Process for admissions. - Actively works to clear enrollment verifications as they arise. - Demonstrates a commitment to Rasmussen University’s mission, vision, and values. - Other Duties – 10% - Will also perform other duties as requested. Requirements - Associate Degree, Bachelor Preferred. - 1 to 3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, service-focused or sales setting. - Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage interruptions while delivering within tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team and with other departments. - Must be self-motivated, flexible, positive and solutions oriented. - Strong communication and customer service skills required; some sales ability encouraged. - Strict adherence to all institutional, governmental and accreditation policies, regulations and codes of conduct. - Accurately and professionally represents the University through interactions with students, staff and constituents.

Role Description Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) Network Consultants (Specialists) work in communities providing direct in-person and virtual support to center-based administrators, teachers, staff, and home-based care providers. IECMHC Network Specialists are matched with assignments based on geographic location, areas of expertise, individualized program needs, and consultant availability. The IECMHC Network team coordinates the referral and intake processes with programs and providers. It also provides resources and an array of supports for IECMHC Network Specialists, including individual and group reflective practice.
