Role Description Network HealthCare Pharmacy (a closed-door pharmacy) is seeking a P/T A/R Specialist - Remote for our Franklin, TN location. Under general supervision of A/R Director, the A/R Specialist identifies, analyzes and resolves routine accounts receivable issues with the assigned portfolio of accounts. The A/R Specialist applies acquired job skills in the performance of accounts receivable responsibilities with company policies and procedures. - A/R Specialist will process Census, Claim Rejections (Error Resolution and Reports), Month-end A/R Processing, Reporting, and Auditing. - Answering phones. - Detail-oriented person, works well with numbers, and a fast-paced environment with monthly deadlines. - Knowledge of insurance programs, federal, state and commercial. - Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications. - Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management. - Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask is necessary. - Having a desire to learn and being able to work well in a team environment. - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as necessary, and alternately work cohesively within a team environment. - Data Entry, filing, phones, and other general clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Have basic knowledge of general office procedures. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years ‘AR experience. - QS1 experience a plus. - Strong Computer Keyboarding and Data-Entry Skills. - General knowledge of working in an accounting department a plus. Requirements - This is a sedentary position which may require sitting at computer up to seven (7) hours per day. - Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Position: LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse Part Time Pay: $25 / hr. - $30 / hr. Depending on experience The Triage LPN answers, monitors, and returns calls/communications related to Caris Healthcare patients working under the supervision of an RN and/or in consultation with or under the direction of Physicians or Nurse Practitioners. Must recognize physical, psychosocial, and spiritual aspects of care. Accurately identify patients with at-risk conditions, while supporting all triage processes, works within the LPN scope of practice as defined by the Board of Nursing and Caris Healthcare policies and procedures. The LPN may contribute to nursing assessment and development of plan of care but may not independently assess or make clinical decisions based on their singular clinical judgment. Role Description The Regional Training Nurse coordinates orientation and training for new nurses along with any retraining of nurses as needed. Qualifications - Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse. Preferred - bachelor’s degree in nursing. - Three (3) years’ experience of patient care skills in hospice and knowledge of EMR. Preferred Two (2) years’ experience as an educator in a healthcare environment, including orientation for new nurses. - Demonstrated ability to utilize the principles, methodologies and practices of adult education, instructional design, evaluation, and research. Computer literacy required. - Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills for program coordination. - Demonstrated ability to use a variety of presentation skills and education and facilitation techniques. Verbal and written communication skills a must. - Demonstrated knowledge of Hospice philosophy as well as regulatory requirements. - Possesses teaching ability, strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills. - Travel to offices within the region is optional based on the training needs identified. - Ability to work remotely with the ability to utilize Microsoft Teams as a platform for education and training. - Ability to work independently as well as to coordinate with other team members. Requirements - Adheres to the Caris Mission, Vision, and Values and assures compliance with the Caris Promises. - Coordinates with the PCM to conduct orientation sessions for new nurses per standard operating procedure. - Manage training schedules and logistics to effectively train new partners. - Ensure training materials are up to date with the latest hospice care practices and regulations. - Identify areas for improvement in hospice care practices and training programs as indicated. - Maintain accurate and up to date records of orientation provided to each new nurse via LMS. - Monitor monthly reports regarding training completion and new partner orientation feedback. - Provide specialized knowledge and learning opportunities for the nurse to ensure agency compliance with all operating procedures. - Provide leadership and mentorship to new nurses to enhance staff development and retention. - Audit documentation periodically after the initial orientation period to assure compliance and provide additional education, as necessary. - Complete a minimum of one Admission and one Routine visit each quarter and document in the electronic medical record. - Complete workflow assignments in EMR as needed for offices without a PCM. - Train new PCMs as needed on workflow assignments. - Conduct educational in-services to clinical teams as needed. - Attend yearly Clinical LDI.
