Role Description The AS400 Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IBM AS400/iSeries systems and applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in AS400 architecture, Cobol and CL programming, and integration with modern systems. - Manage and maintain AS400/iSeries systems, including OS/400 and DB2/400 databases. - Perform system monitoring, job scheduling, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation. - Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies to guarantee data integrity and business continuity. - Configure and administer system security, ensuring proper access control and compliance with policies. - Develop, support, and maintain applications using Cobol and CL programming languages. - Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries for DB2/400 databases. - Support the integration of AS400 applications with modern systems and enterprise platforms. - Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging AS400 capabilities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Role Description The Billing & Collections Specialist is part of the Accounting team at Dragos and is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, including complex customer invoicing, collections, and billing issue resolution. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Recognition. - Prepare, review, and issue complex customer invoices, including recurring billing, contract amendments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms. - Ensure accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, taxes, and payment terms. - Process invoices and adjustments in the accounting system in a timely manner. - Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and past-due invoices. - Independently manage collection efforts, including proactive outreach, follow up on past-due balances, and resolution of payment delays while maintaining positive customer relationships. - Serve as the primary owner for billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, investigating root causes, coordinating cross-functionally, and resolving issues with minimal supervision. - Maintain accurate records of collections activity, communications, and payment promises. - Send out customer statements monthly to customers with open balances. - Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable, including ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts receivable balances and supporting bad debt analysis. - Prepare accounts receivable aging and collection trends, providing clear status updates, risk identification, and recommendations to management as needed. - Support credit and collections policies to minimize delinquent accounts, ensuring customer records contain accurate and up-to-date information. - Effectively prioritize competing deadlines across invoicing, collections, and month-end close activities, exercising sound judgment and time management skills. - Adhere to internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance standards. - Support audit functions and assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation. - Perform other special projects or other duties as assigned. Role Description Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) Network Consultants (Specialists) work in communities providing direct in-person and virtual support to center-based administrators, teachers, staff, and home-based care providers. IECMHC Network Specialists are matched with assignments based on geographic location, areas of expertise, individualized program needs, and consultant availability.
