Role Description We’re looking to expand our GTM team with a forward thinking full-stack marketer. Owning top of funnel, SEO, GEO, product releases, content and taking initiative on new marketing channels. - Draft, implement and improve top of funnel strategies. Get leads flowing! - Build, optimize, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Reddit, newsletters, and emerging platforms. SEO, SERP, LLM discoverability, Ads... - Own reporting: develop dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate metrics into actionable insights. - Own the tech stack for GTM automation, creating systems that reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes. - Design, run, and analyze iterative growth experiments across the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. - Automate lead scoring, account prioritization, and personalized outreach to maximize conversion rates. - Instrument and maintain our analytics stack (GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to provide a single source of truth on performance. - Partner with GTM & Product to launch self-serve onboarding flows and product-led virality loops. - Build automated lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, Pylon) that convert free customers to paying, retained customers. - Craft technical, value‑first narratives that resonate with security engineers & compliance leads. - Report weekly insights and learnings. - Evaluate and unlock new channels to achieve step-change growth. Qualifications - 3+ years driving growth for B2B SaaS (security or developer tooling preferred) with a clear track record of pipeline and revenue impact. - Experience achieving a lot with little. - Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Email delivery, etc. - Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools to maintain a competitive edge. - Analytical to the core and comfortable building dashboards and explaining the "why" behind the numbers. - Experimentation mindset; you default to hypothesis → test → iterate and openly share wins and failures. - Able to translate complex security concepts into crisp, compelling value propositions for technical buyers. - Thrive in zero-to-one environments; biased toward action, embrace ambiguity, and ship fast without cutting corners. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you write tight copy and influence cross-functional stakeholders. - Genuine passion for web security and belief in cside's mission to protect developers and users. - Fully remote capable with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone; excited to travel for 2-3 company offsites per year and if interested in-person conferences.
