Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive collections experience, with hands-on experience managing collections teams and a track record of improving performance outcomes

- Experience building and running performance management frameworks: goal-setting, feedback cycles, clear expectations, and accountability at every level
- Proven track record of developing front-line managers and building leadership depth within a collections organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate operational realities clearly to senior leadership and hold the line on standards with front-line teams

The coordinator is responsible for management of specific account coordination with internal and external stakeholders (including foreclosure counsel, investor and judicial bodies). The coordinator works autonomously, balancing case management deadlines, investor and courtroom requirements in a fast-paced, legal setting. The coordinator handles the review of the mortgage servicing file related to foreclosure, probate or other exception processing, as well as mediating and/or facilitating discussions to explore options for borrowers to avoid foreclosure as part of state specific foreclosure prevention mediation requirements. The coordinator must have knowledge of general and default servicing requirements, regulations and guidelines.
