• Deliver a comprehensive maturity roadmap for in-house live agent collections function • Build out performance management infrastructure and strengthen baselines • Establish feedback cycles and set clear expectations at every level of the team • Show early progress toward improving collections outcomes with clear plans for the next two years

• Drive forward the mission of empowering people to unlock financial progress by leading the quarterly financial forecast process end-to-end • Own the operating budget cycle • Lead the monthly ACL reserve calculation • Serve as primary financial partner to senior leaders across Credit, Growth, and Operations • Translate complex portfolio data into actionable insights that guide executive-level investment decisions • Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify root causes of over or underperformance and present insights to business leaders • Oversee the development of monthly financial review packages that highlight key performance indicators for the CFO and Board • Manage complex, driver-based financial models to forecast business performance under various scenarios • Provide ROI and payback analysis on new business initiatives

• Innovate and improve the machine learning models to enable financial progress for customers • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve practical problems • Partner with business leaders and technical experts to develop new data sources and improve modeling methodology

• Drive forward the mission of empowering people to unlock financial progress. • Take ownership of the backend authorizations, tokenization, and vendor integrations. • Ensure seamless translation into a flawless customer experience. • Chart the path for tokenization strategy. • Collaborate with the Fraud team and partners to smooth spending roadblocks. • Build intuitive self-service flows for replacement cards. • Launch instant issuance experience for replacement cards. • Take charge of transaction enrichment. • Reduce customer support needs by shipping card delivery improvements. • Build a roadmap that balances rapid backend iterations with card network reliability.

• Provide dedicated leadership and mentorship to develop a team of talented Product Managers. • Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for customer journeys that serve as a launchpad for potential, focusing on expanding what’s possible for people building better financial futures. • Partner deeply with senior management across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and our AI/CX teams to ensure every feature is integrated, innovative, and impactful. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from the "spark" of discovery to post-launch optimization, ensuring we move in weeks, not years. • Work with abstract ideas and complex situations across functional areas to identify fundamental issues and provide clear strategic direction. • Step into the arena when needed to provide extra capacity, leading by example to show what "great" looks like. • Regularly communicate roadmap progress, risks, and performance wins with executive leadership, translating complex technical shifts into clear business value.

• Take the lead in initiatives to improve our underwriting & pricing strategies • Have the opportunity to use AI driven tools for data analysis • Optimize current acquisition strategies in response to customer behavior and changing marketplace conditions • Develop actionable financial strategies based on financial data-driven insights to improve credit risk and profitability while driving step changes in the company’s growth trajectory • Seed tests in market to better understand customer behavior and leverage learnings to invest in future growth • Collaborate with cross functional teams across product, data science, engineering and capital markets to bring strategies to market • Articulate and communicate strategies to senior leadership
