Team Lead-Centralized Commercial Credit

Role Description This position leads a team of Centralized Commercial Credit Officers responsible for loan approvals on business purpose and commercial real estate loans within line of business parameters. In addition, the Centralized Commercial Credit Team Leader (CCCTL) will provide approval concurrence on exposures outside of the Credit Officer’s authority. Loan authority is commensurate with experience, expertise and business need. The CCTCL ensures that loans are underwritten to comply with policy and/or are appropriately mitigated. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities. Incumbent applies knowledge of commercial lending principles and technologies to work performed. Works under limited supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. The CCCTL supports revenue growth through identification and management of risk, and identification of alternative lending structures or terms. Role Description The Coordinator, Foreclosure Special Servicing and Mediation is responsible for handling probate, second lien foreclosure matters, Statute of Limitation (SOL) reviews, foreclosure mediations, and other foreclosure exception processing as deemed necessary. The coordinator is required to attend foreclosure mediations via telephonic or in-person appearance as required across all portfolios and investors. The coordinator is responsible for management of specific account coordination with internal and external stakeholders (including foreclosure counsel, investor and judicial bodies). The coordinator works autonomously, balancing case management deadlines, investor and courtroom requirements in a fast-paced, legal setting.
