**Here's how you'll make an impact:** - **Strategic Portfolio Growth:** Identify and secure high-volume partnerships to establish Booksy as the preferred platform provider. - **Executive-Level Negotiation:** Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to the execution of contracts, focusing on long-term value and mutual growth. - **B2B2C Market Expansion:** Develop and execute comprehensive "go-to-market" strategies for newly acquired businesses to ensure high platform adoption among independent professionals. - **Cross-Functional Communication: **Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to coordinate local launch events and ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to active usage. - **Value-Driven Consulting: **Act as a strategic advisor, demonstrating how technology integration enhances their business’s marketability and supports tenant business health. - **Internal Channel Advocacy: **Manage internal referral pipelines and design incentive structures that encourage cross-departmental lead generation. - **Performance Analytics:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including acquisition costs, tenant penetration rates, and territory growth.

Job Requirements

  • Successful Experience in Field or Channel: **Proven track record of closing multi-unit contracts or partnership deals
  • B2B2C Market Strategy: **Experience executing "Land and Expand" strategies where the sale to a primary decision-maker is followed by adoption from end-users.
  • Organizational Skills:** Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar) for managing complex account hierarchies and multi-stage pipelines.
  • Public Speaking & Presentation: **Ability to professionally deliver pitches to C-suite executives and high-energy demos to large groups.
