• The Senior Accreditation Manager (SAM) is responsible for assisting the Directors of Accreditation (DA) with daily operations related to accreditation activities. • The SAM works under the direction of the Vice President of Accreditation in conjunction with the Directors of Accreditation to provide exceptional, timely customer service, site visitor education, support, and the continuous improvement of CHAP’s service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
  • 5+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice care
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Home Health and Hospice regulations
  • Experience as a CHAP surveyor or state agency surveyor preferred.

Role Description BlueTuskr is hiring a part-time Partnership Manager to grow and manage our agency partnership program. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week role for someone with strong communication skills, sales instincts, and the relationship-building skills to manage executive-level partner relationships with SaaS companies and complementary service providers. Strong potential to grow into a full-time role within 6-12 months as the program scales. You will own our partnership program end-to-end. You'll grow it, manage it, and turn it into a meaningful revenue channel for BlueTuskr. Reporting directly to our CEO to start, you'll be responsible for: - Recruiting new partners: Identify potential partners (SaaS tools, complementary agencies, service providers in adjacent spaces), reach out to partnership decision-makers, run intro calls, and bring new partners into the program. - Managing active partner relationships: Monthly or quarterly check-ins with each partner to keep them engaged, informed, and equipped with the materials they need to refer clients to us. - Facilitating co-marketing: Coordinate joint webinars, shared blog content, dedicated email blasts, and co-branded case studies between our partners and our internal marketing team. - Connecting partner tools and services to our clients: Relay useful partner offerings to our accounts team to extend value back through the channel. - Managing reciprocal referrals to partners: Track leads sent to partners, follow up on their closure, and ensure commission collection. This is a hybrid sales and relationship management role. Role Description The Claims team at Coalition stands apart for our outstanding level of policyholder service and knowledgeable handling of claims for our insured customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our cyber claims team and handle large market claims under the most complex and intricate primary and excess Cyber, Tech, and Media policies, as well as other financial lines coverages.
