BlueTuskr
Role Description BlueTuskr is hiring a part-time Partnership Manager to grow and manage our agency partnership program. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week role for someone with strong communication skills, sales instincts, and the relationship-building skills to manage executive-level partner relationships with SaaS companies and complementary service providers. Strong potential to grow into a full-time role within 6-12 months as the program scales. You will own our partnership program end-to-end. You'll grow it, manage it, and turn it into a meaningful revenue channel for BlueTuskr. Reporting directly to our CEO to start, you'll be responsible for: - Recruiting new partners: Identify potential partners (SaaS tools, complementary agencies, service providers in adjacent spaces), reach out to partnership decision-makers, run intro calls, and bring new partners into the program. - Managing active partner relationships: Monthly or quarterly check-ins with each partner to keep them engaged, informed, and equipped with the materials they need to refer clients to us. - Facilitating co-marketing: Coordinate joint webinars, shared blog content, dedicated email blasts, and co-branded case studies between our partners and our internal marketing team. - Connecting partner tools and services to our clients: Relay useful partner offerings to our accounts team to extend value back through the channel. - Managing reciprocal referrals to partners: Track leads sent to partners, follow up on their closure, and ensure commission collection. This is a hybrid sales and relationship management role. You'll need to be comfortable both pitching the partnership program to new partners and maintaining warm, productive relationships with existing ones over time. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role - ideally in a B2B SaaS, agency, or marketing services context. - Strong communicator, able to hold professional conversations with executives. - Fluent in English (C1+ or native). - Proactive and self-directed work style. - Organized, with attention to detail. Requirements - Build a target list of potential partners and run outbound outreach to recruit them into the program. - Run discovery and intro calls with prospective partners. - Onboard new partners and equip them with the assets they need to refer clients. - Maintain regular check-ins with active partners. - Track partner activity, inbound lead flow, and commission payouts in HubSpot. - Manage outbound referrals to partners and follow up on close status to collect commissions owed to BlueTuskr. - Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with our internal marketing team. - Relay partner offerings to our accounts team. - Report to the CEO on program performance and growth opportunities. Benefits - Base salary: $2,500/month USD ($30,000/year) for 20 hours/week. - Inbound commission: 3% of net revenue on partner-sourced closed deals, for the life of the client. - Outbound commission: 3% of any commissions BlueTuskr receives from partners when we refer leads that close. - New partnership bonuses. - Year 1 total comp target: $45,000-$50,000 with realistic partnership activity. - Year 2+ trajectory with growing residual book: $60,000-$75,000+. - Full-time conversion potential within 6-12 months, depending on program performance. - Independent contractor status with payment twice per month in USD.
