• Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development • Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave management, wellness initiatives, and voluntary benefits across global regions • Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and open enrollment execution • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA) as well as applicable global regulatory requirements • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards and requirements across regions • Develop and execute benefits communication strategies to educate employees and drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle • Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and costs to provide insights and recommendations • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and system integration • Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner • Monitor market trends and competitive practices to recommend program improvements and innovations that support talent attraction and retention
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration
- 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across high-volume, complex work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands while maintaining delivery commitments
- Experience supporting benefits programs in Brazil, India, or other international markets
- Professional certification (CEBS, CBP, PHR, SPHR, or similar)
- Experience with global benefits or multi-country compliance
- Exposure to using AI tools or technologies to improve efficiency or enhance benefit processes
