Ako te pokreće ideja da budeš ključna osoba u osiguravanju stabilnosti poslovanja i IT sustava Banke, nastavi čitati — možda si baš ti prava osoba za nas 😊. - definirati i provoditi politiku iz područja upravljanja kontinuitetom poslovanja u Banci - izrađivati, redovito ažurirati i unapređivati dokumente (pravilnike, procedure, odluke) iz područja upravljanja krizom i kontinuitetom poslovanja, u skladu sa zahtjevima grupnih direktiva, zakonskih propisa i dobrih praksi - organizirati izradu i ažuriranje analize utjecaja na poslovanje (Business Impact Analysis – BIA) - organizirati izradu, održavati i unapređivati planove kontinuiteta poslovanja - organizirati testiranje planova kontinuiteta poslovanja za sve dijelove Banke, analizirati provedena testiranja te izrađivati i provoditi mjere za poboljšanje - pružati podršku IT-ju pri izradi, testiranju i održavanju planova oporavka informacijskog sustava - pripremati izvješća u slučajevima kriznih situacija - izvještavati o stanju, planiranim i realiziranim aktivnostima vezanim uz upravljanje krizom i kontinuitetom poslovanja - kontrolirati procjene rizika kontinuiteta poslovanja u okviru procjena rizika trećih strana te, prema potrebi, sudjelovati u sigurnosnim procjenama dobavljača - sudjelovati u procesu implementacije zahtjeva za IT otpornost Banke i pojedinačnih IT rješenja - organizirati i provoditi obuke te programe za podizanje svijesti zaposlenika iz svog područja rada Qualifications - VŠS, prvostupnik, diplomirani inženjer elektrotehnike / informatike / ekonomije ili magistar struke (300 ECTS bodova) elektrotehničkog, informatičkog ili ekonomskog usmjerenja - najmanje 3 godina radnog iskustva na srodnim poslovima, poželjno u bankarskom sektoru - poželjni certifikati iz područja informacijske sigurnosti (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001, ISO27005, CBCI) - iskustvo u vođenju projekata - poznavanje poslovnih procesa i procedura upravljanja kontinuitetom poslovanja i krizne organizacije - prednost će imati kandidati s poznavanjem bankarskih procesa - proaktivnost, organizacijske vještine i temeljitost u pristupu - izrazita orijentacija na rezultate i sklonost timskom radu - aktivno poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu Benefits - kontinuirani razvoj kroz rad s najnovijim tehnologijama, metodologijama i iskusnim stručnjacima - rad u međunarodnom okruženju s razvijenim principima razmjene znanja i velikim naglaskom na razvoj pojedinaca ali i cijelog tima - mogućnost remote načina rada (službeni laptop i mobitel) - stručne edukacije vezane uz područje rada - samostalnost i kreativnost u radu - dodatne financijske benefite (božićnica, uskrsnica, regres, dar za djecu, referral bonus, naknada za prehranu, uplata u mirovinski fond…) - plaćeni sistematski pregled, dodatno zdravstveno osiguranje, subvenciju za Multisport, minimum od 26 dana godišnjeg odmora - i što je najvažnije, odličan tim i radnu atmosferu 😊
